Tutoring Service of New York

is a unique education company offering standardized test prep and academic subject tutoring to students throughout the New York Tristate Area. We’re a small, dedicated group of experienced educators who combine the personal touch and close attention of a small firm with the resources of our corporate competitors.

We aren’t a national conglomerate. We don’t have multiple offices. We don’t rely on underpaid, undertrained undergraduates to teach cookie-cutter lesson plans. Each of our tutors is hand-selected, rigorously trained, and deeply committed to helping our students achieve their goals.

We approach exam prep and academic subject tutoring holistically, working with students to develop habits and strategies that enable them to succeed in all facets of their academic lives.  We tailor every syllabus, homework assignment, and lesson plan to the needs of each individual student.

As a small company, we only take on a few clients at a time, so we can be sure that we’re there for you when you need us. All of our tutors respond to emails within 24 hours, and our admins are available to you by phone, Zoom, and email seven days a week.
